We are thrilled to launch this new monthly series! Erin will guide us through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session designed to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Expect soothing hot towels, calming essential oils, and soft, relaxing music to enhance your practice.
Bring your own yoga mat and blocks. This class is one hour long and donation-based, give what you can! After class, we’ll unwind together over tea and good conversation. We can’t wait to see you on the mat!
