Looking to unwind and find your inner balance? "Yoga with Erin" is a great chance to de-stress and reconnect. This class is designed for all skill levels! Bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours), a water bottle, and an open mind.
Our instructor, Erin, will lead us through a calming and rejuvenating practice in a supportive environment. Enjoy soft lighting, quiet music, singing bowls, and essential oils. Class donations can be given through cash at the event or on our website.
