Take a deep breath and settle into an hour of mindful movement and relaxation led by Erin. This accessible, slow-paced yoga class is great for easing tension, improving flexibility, or simply unwinding at the end of the day.
The atmosphere is designed to be calm and restorative, with dim lighting and gentle aromatherapy to enhance the experience. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. After class, we’ll gather for tea and light snacks.
